Frequently asked questions
What is sim racing?
Sim racing is a highly realistic driving experience that uses professional-grade simulators, real racing controls, and advanced software to replicate real-world motorsport. It’s the closest thing to being on a racetrack without the cost or risk of a real car.
What simulation software do you offer?
We currently run Assetto Corsa. We’re always exploring new software, hardware, and content to expand our offerings and keep the experience fresh and to include as many disciplines of driving as possible. Follow our newsletter for what’s to come!
Is this good for beginners or is this only for experienced racers?
We are both beginner-friendly and tuned to the experienced racer. Our experience is designed for all skill levels. We can enable driving assists, recommend beginner-friendly cars and tracks, and help you get comfortable before pushing the limits.
Will someone show us how everything works?
Yes! Every session starts with a brief orientation where we explain the equipment, controls, and basic driving tips so you feel confident before you hit the track. We’re always happy to answer questions before, during, or after your session, just talk to us!
If I come with friends, can we race together?
Yes! When you arrive, make sure to let us know that you’re in a group and we’ll place you on the same track so you can race against each other in real time.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. Booking online in advance is the best way to ensure you get your preferred time and simulator.
Is there an age limit or size requirement?
There is no strict age limit. Our simulators feature adjustable seats and pedals, and we have booster pads available for those that can’t reach. All minors must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. For comfort and safety, our setups are designed to fit a wide range of body types. If you have any concerns about fit or accessibility, feel free to contact us ahead of time or speak with our staff when you arrive. We’re happy to help make sure you have the best possible experience.
Can I book a birthday party or corporate event?
Yes, we love hosting group events! We offer birthday parties, corporate team-building events, and private group bookings. Contact us for custom packages and availability.
Do you have memberships?
Yes! We offer several membership tiers designed for different levels of racers, from casual drivers to frequent competitors. Memberships include perks such as dedicated monthly racing time, discounts for friends' sessions, and exclusive access to events and raffles. Visit our memberships page to find the option that best fits your racing goals.
Do you host races or leagues?
Yes! Organized races and leagues are currently underway and expanding. We will regularly host casual races and are rolling out structured leagues, stay tuned for announcements.
Are spectators allowed?
Always! Friends and family are welcome to watch, hang out in our comfy lounge area, and cheer you on while you race.
Do you offer coaching or driver training?
Coaching is coming soon. We’re working on structured coaching sessions for drivers who want to improve lap times, racecraft, and overall performance.
Will I get motion sickness?
Most people do not, but some individuals may experience discomfort. If that happens, we can adjust the simulator settings to reduce motion and intensity, and you’re always welcome to take breaks to stay comfortable. If you let us know when you arrive, we can start with reduced motion and settings and work our way to the full experience.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! We offer gift cards for increments of $25, $50, $100, and custom amounts. They’re perfect for birthdays, holidays, or anyone who loves cars, racing, or gaming.
